We stand behind the workmanship of the services offered at Little Ghost Resole, but due to the number of uncontrolled variables once the shoes leave the shop the official terms are no returns, no refunds, no exchanges. Especially for issues relating to excessive wear.

If you believe there are true workmanship issues with your product or service you are welcome to reach out as soon as possible and we will see if there is anything that can be done!!
